Series: A Semi-Sunny Day

It was a partly cloudy Saturday at the beach, as I stood on the roof of my beach house and looked out into the sea. I was also trying to model for Boyfriend. Thus, I am not a model. But it did give me a chance to compare all the fun photoshop actions from the Pioneer Woman! Wooooooo Hoo!

Here I am looking bashful and clueless. This is just your typical slight lighten and boost action combo.

Oh look I found some energy! Lovely and Ethereal action here.

Yea, that's right. I try to act and appear cool but I'm really a big sappy, nerd. Seventies action. Next time I'll wear my 70s-esque sunglasses.

If only I were wearing an A-line skirt, this would be oh-so-vintage. Incidentally, the Vintage action.

This land is my LAND!!!!! Fresh and Colorful action.

I still haven't worked out a pose to do for you. Guess it's a good thing I'm too short to audition for ANTM.
Jacket: Forever 21, Long cardigan: UO, Blouse: Target, Pants: UO, Boots: Nordstroms (Enzo Angiolini)

Which one do you like best??

I need, I want, I wish

Springtime means it's time to put away sweaters and heavy boots and to prepare for sunny skies, soft breezes and lots of light to capture if you have a camera and love for photography (both of which I happen to have). This week I discovered a new website called Pinterest, which is basically a web corkboard where bloggers and internet surfers can share ideas. That's how I found The Daybook. Visit it and you will fall in love! I found these bags on The Daybook and just KNEW I needed to share them with you!

1. This awesomely chic and functional camera bag from THE IT! Even though I made this little discovery after I had already bought all the necessary materials to make my own camera bag (stay tuned for that tutorial!), I love the quilted look to this bag.

2. This messenger bag from Le Mode. Just call me the Professional Student.

3. Romantic umbrellas for April showers.

4. I love these Ray Bans! I have the classic ones, but since I have a small bridge on my nose (the price of being Filipino) they are always sliding off. These would be a great fit!

5. If I HAD an iPhone.. this would definitely be the case for me!

6. I love these chain link bracelets, especially when you can cover them with these beautiful threads to soften them up a bit.
